Shari Silvey lives with her life partner and their daughter in the desert near Tucson, Arizona. Being close to very remote wilderness allows her to frequently backpack into the many wondrous areas in Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico, as well as around the world. These expeditions keep her in direct contact with Spirit, which is ultimately the inspiration for her paintings and the stories that accompany them.
She has studied at The Art Student's League, in Denver, Colorado, Pratt Institute, in New York City, and is currently studying with Lillias Apland, widely recognized as the artistic heir of world renowned artist Brownell McGrew.
Shari exhibits and markets her artwork at expos, art shows and galleries throughout the world, and helps people expand their consciousness through the Transformational Visionary Artwork that channels through her.
